1 - Initial telephone consultation [Free]

During this call, we will discuss your needs and answer your questions. Contact us at (514) 793-3155 or complete the form and a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.

If you wish to continue with us, it will be necessary to send us the Initial Questionnaire - Events completed. This questionnaire will allow us to gather the necessary information for our first meeting.

2 - Initial meeting [$75 ***]

This meeting will be in person, at the place of your choice. The goal of this initial meeting is to identify your needs and expectations, to know the budget you plan to allocate to your event and get to know each other. In addition, our representative will have in his possession the portfolio of Passion Organization. This portfolio will offer you many ideas and suggestions.

This first meeting with us, combined with the consultation of our portfolio, is sometimes enough to get you on the right track. If that is the case, we will give you detailed instructions on how to plan your event (included in the $75).

*** The cost of the initial meeting will be applied as a credit to the total amount of the contract for the organization of your event.

3 - Professional organization of the event [starting at $150]

The level of involvement of Passion Organization in the organization of your event will be determined with you, according to your needs. All options are possible (from the delivery of detailed instructions to the coordination of the event on the day). The total rate will be established following the first meeting, and it will be clearly indicated in the contract, as well as the details of the agreement. By working with Passion Organization, you can rest assured that the rates will be pre-established and respected. In addition, we guarantee constant communication about the progress of the organization of your event.
